Elemental Balance is owned by Heather Russell.

Heather trained in Iridology through the School of Natural Health Sciences in London, England, and currently holds a Diploma in Iridology.

Elemental Balance offers a complimentary holistic health service to suit your needs.  Elemental Balance is  comprised of Iridology, Aromatherapy, Psychotherapy, Counseling, Guided Imagery and Hypnotherapy. It is with this holistic approach that your health concerns may be addressed.

Iridology is not new in the field, but a very well accepted complimentary alternative in medicine that has been around for a very long time. 

We are available for appointments Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5:30 p.m. till 10:00 p.m., office hours for calls vary, please leave a message if the phone is not answered as we may be in session.

There is usually no long waiting lists. Appointments are usually booked, but we do accept walk-ins when the time permits and they are not rushed in any way.
