Costs and Policies Information
There are two ways of having a consultation. One is to make an appointment to see us, the other is to have an online consultation.I have done many Iridology Consultations. Many people call them consultations, but in reality they are private lessons which teach a person what their eyes indicate as well as what nutrients and diet their body needs and some physiology of what is going on with the person's body.
With technology what it is today, many people have digital cameras which can
take pictures close enough and clear enough for me to offer this personalized
instruction without having to visit my office.
If you can email a picture at least 400 x 300 pixels, you are eligible for a virtual Iridology consultation.
How it works
To arrange an appointment just call and make the appointment.Call between 5:30pm and 10:00pm Monday, Wednesday or Friday.
All appointments are booked and you can prepay if you wish, and this can be arranged through the office.
Initial consultation of 1 1/2 hours and first visit the cost is $150.00
For follow up visits of up to one hour, the cost is $85.00, these are usually every three months.
For online consultations
Step #1. You email me a set of pictures of your eyes. Both eyes are needed because there are different indicators in each eye.
Step #2. I return an email letting you know if the picture is clear enough for me to use.
Step #3. You purchase a Personalized
Iridology Consultation. These are $75.00.
Step #4a. If you prefer email response you purchase Package #1 Personalized Iridology Consultation.
OR
Step #4b. If you would like a phone
response you purchase Package #2 Personalized Iridology Consultation, we then
set up a time when you can be on your computer and phone at the same time and
we do a virtual lecture on your eye. There may be a small fee to cover extensive long distance charges.
POLICIES
SESSION CONTENT: Discussion of your present issues at the beginning will help format your session. Sessions are individualized for each client.
If at any time you appear not be ready for change when you come in, Heather will cancel the session (with no charge to you). You will be given a guide sheet to prepare you for readiness so that you can reschedule with confidence. Heather would prefer that you are successful at each session so that progress can take place easily and quickly.
CONFIDENTIALITY: Confidentiality is kept as in any other professional office. If you wish for me to discuss your issues with another person, I will need written authorization from you to do so.
DISTRACTIONS: In order for your sessions to be more effective, you will need to come prepared to turn off cellular phones and other noise making devices. Please make arrangements for child care. You may bring a friend or a spouse, however it is advisable not to.
48-HOUR CANCELLATION: You will be required to pay for an appointment that is cancelled without a minimum of 48 hours notice of the actual appointment time. If an emergency arises or you become ill, you may reschedule. You must do so within one week of the cancelled appointment time or pay for the session which was canceled without 48 hour notice.
20-MINUTE: If you are 20 minutes late, it is considered a no show cancellation. The 48-hour cancellation policy will apply. You will be charged for that session. Please call to reschedule your appointment.
